About Me

I retired in 2015 from Yankee Candle, where I served as the HR Operations Director responsible for compensation, benefits, and HRIS. I have approximately 40 years of Human Resources experience with specializations in compensation and performance management. Many of these 40 years were spent providing consulting services, including almost 12 years with Watson Wyatt.
