20 plus years of HR experience with the majority of my career spent in Southern California. I have served as a one person HR leader in several small to mid-sized companies within the Healthcare Industry. My experience is in a generalist capacity spanning Talent Management (Acquisition through Succession), Compensation (Fair Pay Analysis, specific to California, job descriptions, job evaluation and leveling), Safety and Security, Employee Relations and Compliance, Performance Management, and all other areas within the scope of HR.
