My experience spans 30+ years of performance and rewards consulting including 12 years at Mercer. I served as the New York City Broad-based Compensation Practice Leader at both Mercer and Hewitt, Eastern US Financial Services Consulting Practice Leader at the Hay Group and as a Senior Consultant at Towers Perrin. I have also taught compensation management as an Adjunct Professor at The Fordham University Graduate School of Business and am currently an instructor for the SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP Compensation Modules
