I have spent my entire 20+ year career in Human Resources, and I've developed my well-rounded expertise through generalist and specialist roles in a variety of different organizations and industries. I love being able to use the breadth and depth of my experience to connect seemingly unrelated dots, which ensures that HR teams make well-rounded decisions that positively impact our people.

Fun Fact about me

I absolutely love to travel to Europe! I didn't start traveling until about 10 years ago, but I've now visited 15 countries - 5 new ones in 2016 alone. I'm apparently good at mimicking accents/inflection in different languages, which can get me in trouble because half the time, I have no idea what the meaning of the words I'm using is!
