Project I’d like to work on

My experience spans the spectrum of Human Resources disciplines, from policy development and compliance, to talent management programs and organizational design. The greatest is to have one foot in the detail, with a view into how those details fit into the larger business strategy.

I am a "farm boy" by birth (yes, I've milked cows and even driven a tractor) but enjoy the vibrancy (and food!) of cities.
